Overview

When it comes to lining laterals, you often find yourself dealing with a wide range of site conditions and restrictions. The HammerHead LT-20PRO lining trailer is designed to give you the versatility to adapt in ever changing job conditions. The LT-20PRO is designed based on feedback from CIPP installers working in the field. The result is a mobile, climate-controlled workstation with all the storage, power and air supply you need for most any lateral lining application. Its components are modular which allows you to configure your trailer to suit your specific needs and can accommodate equipment you already own. Standard equipment packages are also available which include your choice of inversion drum size, curing equipment, and reinstatement and drain cleaning tools.

• The trailer’s unique equipment mounting system keeps items secure while traveling and operating. Yet the attachments permit easy un-mounting when work-site limitations require you to work remotely from the trailer.

• The trailer’s modular layout is designed to maximize storage space. The generator is mounted to an external slide-out, and the wet-out table mounts to the wall between jobs and during transportation. Upper and lower cabinets give you room for storing resin and cleaning supplies. Additional tool boxes, an inversion hose rack and wall hooks for liner and calibration tubes add to operational efficiency.

• HammerHead LT-20PRO CIPP trailers are available for purchase outfitted with a standard equipment package. Or for a trailer suited to your preferences, configure the LT-20PRO with your existing equipment.

• Insulated trailer walls and ceiling and a roof-mounted air conditioner mean year-round utility. The LT-20PRO is equipped with both internal and external air connections and electrical outlets. It comes with a 13,000-watt generator, 30-gallon air compressor and wet-out roller bed. The LT-20PRO also includes a HammerHead exclusive vacuum system for ease in vacuum-prepping liner.
